Super Grip-It
Designed for use in top-quality surgical instruments, these jaw inserts are engineered by grinding individual teeth into hard, wear resistant tungsten carbide to produce a precise, sharp, well-defined point with superb gripping properties.
The inserts are diamond lapped on the reverse side to specified thicknesses; this guarantees a clean, flat surface and uniform thickness in readiness for brazing to the instruments.
In the many exacting stages of production, meticulous care is taken to ensure the highest quality. Customers can therefore be confident in the performance of the inserts.
The surgical jaw Super Grip-It inserts are available in either cobalt (the default grade) or nickel bound tungsten carbide. Please ask for details of these grades.

3 Shapes
Serrations tungsten carbide surgical jaw inserts are available in a wide variety of sizes in three shapes – rectangular, profiled and trapezoid – making them suitable for a wide range of surgical instruments.
6 Tooth Pitches
All inserts are available in a variety of thicknesses with the following tooth pitches 0.5mm, 0.4mm, 0.3mm, 0.25mm, 0.2mm or plain with no teeth.
